What is the order delivery timeline?
The average processing time for orders on the platform is 3 – 5 business days from the day the delivery commences.
Please note delivery days does not include weekends and public holidays.

I ordered several items on the same day but I have not yet received them all. What is happening?
Orders placed with different sellers may arrive in parts because of the delivery arrangement we have with our logistics partners.

How do I cancel an order?
Orders can only be cancelled by the administrators of the platform. Send an email with the order ID and the reason for cancellation to email@example.com
How do I process returns/refunds?
I have been able to place my order successfully, but I didn’t get an order confirmation e-mail

Check your internet connection, refresh the page and try again. If the issue persists, please send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and a representative will attend to you.
