What is the order delivery timeline?

The average processing time for orders on the platform is 3 – 5 business days from the day the delivery commences.

Please note delivery days does not include weekends and public holidays.

Where do you deliver to?

We offer deliveries only within Lagos at this time.

I ordered several items on the same day but I have not yet received them all. What is happening?

Orders placed with different sellers may arrive in parts because of the delivery arrangement we have with our logistics partners.
