Return/Refund Policy

Several products listed and sold on the platform during the campaign will be offered at discounted prices and does not represent current market prices. Prices may or may not be in direct partnership with the brands/products featured. Products will be sold strictly for retail purposes only. Habari reserves the right to deny service to any individual suspected of purchasing for the purpose of reselling to defraud, manipulate or profit from the sale of items to the public.

  • Only orders paid for on the website are eligible for refund.
  • Returns/ Refunds can be initiated for defective or wrong items within 7 days of placing the order.
  • Excluded items from refund include furniture, rugs, luggage, wallpaper, wall art & paint, curtains, cosmetics, jewelry, alcohol, underwear, swimwear.
  • Refunds/exchanges can only be initiated by the administrators of the platform. Please send an email with the order ID and all relevant information to  care@habarigt.com  Acceptable reasons for refunds include:
    1. Non-receipt/ undelivered goods
    2. Unavailability of item(s)
    3. Item is not as advertised
    4. Defective item (s)
    5. Any other reason deemed acceptable by the platform administrators
  • For returns/refunds initiated directly between the merchants and the buyer, the platform administrator will not be held liable should disputes arise.
  • All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging including tags e.g., shoes should be returned with the original shoe box and clothes tags should not be removed
  • This Global Return Policy would prevail over sellers return policies, except in cases where the nature of goods being sold require distinct governing returns policies

Shipping and Fulfilment

  • Delivery is only available within Lagos currently.[D1]  
  • Deliveries is FREE on select products. Products eligible for FREE delivery will be specified on the product page or at checkout
  • Our logistic partners reserve the right to open and inspect a shipment without notice for safety, security, customs, or other regulatory reasons. If you are in any doubt as to the acceptability of your goods, please contact care@habarigt.com
  • The average processing time for orders on the platform Is 5 - 7 business days  [D2] from the day delivery commences. Please note that all deliveries will commence on the day communicated on the platform.

Cancellations

Orders placed can only be cancelled by the administrators of the platform. Customers are required to send an email with the order ID and the reason for cancellation to  care@habarigt.com
